Software Design with Artificial Intelligence
As computers become smarter Artificial Intelligence (AI) is making strides in simulating human thinking. Creating computer systems that automatically improve with experience has many applications including robotic control, data mining, autonomous navigation, and bioinformatics.
This programme targets learner expertise and skills development within this rapidly developing and increasingly strategically important area. The vast accumulation of data and the inability for humankind to process this data unaided has led to an explosion in AI based solutions tailored to process, analyse, classify, and appraise this data.
When you study this programme you will develop the techniques and skills require to make sense of data, to realise patterns and to gain semantic understanding of the data. Data modelling, data presentation and data storage solutions are persistent throughout each module of the course
Key features of this course
• Excellent employment track record
• Level 9 Masters Programme (90 ECTS)
• 12-week work placement
• Research dissertation option available
• The programme will be online to facilitate learners that are already employed
• The course is developed in partnership with the Midlands Regional Skills manager and relevant companies.
• Learners will have the opportunity to apply their new skills on real world “Company Driven projects”.
• Blended and flexible mode of delivery with a personal and supportive approach to teaching and learning
