Aim:
The main objective of the Certificate in Supervisory Management and Team Leadership is to provide learners of all backgrounds with the opportunity to explore and develop their interest in Management and Leadership. Entry Requirements:
Mature applicants (i.e., over 23 years) or Leaving Certificate Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate. Two of these subjects must be Mathematics and a language (English or Irish) or QQI Level 5 – Full award with a minimum of eight modules
Progression:
Graduates of this programme can progress to Year two of Higher Certificate in Business also delivered by the Department of Lifelong Learning in an online/blended format. Graduates from this programme take up leadership and management positions across a multi-disciplinary range of industries. The competencies developed on the programme enable the learner to excel in their role as a manager.
