Entry Requirements:
"Mature applicants (i.e., over 23 years) or Leaving Certificate Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate. Two of these subjects must be Mathematics and a language (English or Irish) or QQI Level 5 - Full award with a minimum of eight modules "
Progression:
Graduates of this programme can progress to Year two of Higher Certificate in Business also delivered by the Department of Lifelong Learning in an online/blended format. Graduates from this programme take up management positions across a multi-disciplinary range of industries. The competencies developed on the programme enable the learner to excel in their role as a HR manager and to harness the people capabilities within their business to drive competitive advantage.
